My Latest Fashion Obsession
…more like a fashion faux pas! I’m currently obsessed with these $2.00 scarves I bought from eBay & yes, they are replicas of the infamous Alexander McQueen scarves. *lol* I adore skulls, I really do….we can thank Avenged Sevenfold for that 
I bought one in black & loved it SO much that I bought one in white. I’ve also purchased two more of each scarf so that I can tie them to extend the length because these are quiet short.
I’ve been so sick with a bad cold and it’s hard to feel glam or put together because of it. Adding this scarf to a basic tee, pumps, & skinny jeans gives my outfit a dose of Nancy Valentino “casual glam”.

I wish these scarves came in assorted colors but I can settle for black & white.As you can tell I have a lot of black & white in my wardrobe…
…and for the most tacky picture of all…I swore I’d never be one of “those people” *lol*
Half Moon Caviar Nails
Now that I’ve gotten this whole caviar mani down, I’ve decided to get a bit more creative by merging two of my favorite nails trends–the caviar mani & the half moon.
A few more steps involved in this one but it’s super simple to do!
Super Simple DIY Caviar Manicure
What you’ll need:
-a plate (although it’s easy, it’s a little messy)
-a mini teaspoon of some sort to pour the beads on the nails
-nail polish of your choice
-microbeads of your choice
Today I’m going for a “pink candied” look. White polish and hot pink micobeads. Super fun to wear in the Spring & Summer months!
I used two coats of NYC nail polish in white…
Pour beads onto the nail and make sure to cover the entire nail…
Pat down very lightly so the beads have something to stick to…
Clean up was fairly easy. I poured the beads from the plate to a mini bowl then into a mini funnel…
Top coat is optional. I recommend using one as long as the polish and beads are the same color. If not, the color of the beads will bleed a bit and be noticeable on a light colored polish like white.
The final result…

Twenty-Two Days of Taupe: Day 15
It’s been awhile since I’ve done a taupe makeup post this look was inspired by my latest issue of Glamour Magazine–I was flipping through and saw this beautiful messy yet sexy taupey makeup. I think it looks fabulous on the model but I don’t think the messy part would have looked too good while running errands! I cleaned it up, smoked it out and gave it my Nancy Valentino flare *lol*
I’m also including some photos with my new faux Alexander McQueen scarf. The man was a fucking genius (*RIP*) however, this chick can’t not afford his beautiful pieces so I’ve gone with faux & slightly tacky–I love it though.

A Pop of Teal
This past week was horrible.My Mini and I were very sick but we’re feeling much better. We were literally stuck in the house for 6 days stuffy, congested and feverish. Audrey is practically all better now (yay!) & I’m on the mend. I took a trip to Ulta (Haul soon!!!) today and decided to snap a quick OOTD & FOTD.
You’ve been warned–I still look sick! I did something a bit new today–I did teal in the waterline & lash line & went neutral on my lids. I figured a pop of color would brighten up my sickly face *lol* Dark colors on the lid & waterlines would have only made me look sicker.
The pop of teal doesn’t look as vibrant in the pic but it looked better in person
